Born Reginald James Ferguson, RJF is a fresh new producer who has earned a place in hearts of music fans across the country with his debut work on Hoodie Allen’s “Pep Rally”. His fearless style and clever use of samples has established him as a powerful force in new music. From a young age RJF was drawn to music. He started DJ’ing in middle school and continued to have a relationship with music that transcend the role of consumer. When he arrived at UPENN in 2006 he began making his own music, producing tracks and sharing them with anyone who would listen. Fate would soon connect him with Steve Witz, better known as Hoodie Allen, a passionate and talented rapper with an ear for awesome music. The two became friends and came to realize that they had incredible musical chemistry. The rest is history.
